This is. My final mocking draft.
I hate it.
I hate it.
Teams will hate. But it was. A draft of the start.
It’s so funny to think about all the work, all digging, all conversations and all tape watching we will make our own fun with at the end that really does not matter.
By Friday morning, no one cares.
That’s an amazing part of it. Rounds 2 to 7 are important, even, but no one seems to really care about everything that is much. In this draft, which is the most in the case.
“After one or two guys, players four thru 70 basically the same,” said one afc personnel director.
It’s not a star-load draft but there are a lot of starters. It was a draft where the second and third rounds are just as important as per 1.
But this is a 1 to smile. It’s my last one that is just one quarterback on it: Cam pupils at Tennessee with the first overall pick. I think I couldn’t be another who will go if a team of trades in the first and you don’t do what this one.
One quarterback. Teams can wait until next year.
