NHL Playoffs 2025: Stanley Cup schedule, bracket, scores, as Hurricanes stay alive with Game 4 win

The Florida Panthers dominated the three initial games of the Eastern Conference Final, but the Hurricanes Carolina finally won a hard victory 3-0 in the game 4 Monday.

The hurricanes avoided removal and prepared incredible defensive effort for the first time in all series. Goalkeeper Frederik Andersen set aside the 20 shots he faced and recorded his second completion of the Playoffs of the Stanley Cup.

Carolina climbed to the board at the mark of 10:45 of the second period when the Stankoven Logan striker sent a shot shot over the Pantherian goalkeeper’s shoulder, Sergei Bobrovsky. On the other side of the strip, the Edmonton Oilers made a 2-1 series lead over the Dallas Stars in the 3rd game of the Western Conference Sunday, and did so dominantly with a 6-1 final in front of a crowd.

The oilers scored twice in a 36 -second period at the end of the first period and never looked back. It was Evan Bouchard first who put Edmonton ahead, and then Connor McDavid added. The stars briefly shortened Edmonton’s leadership to 2-1 before McDavid marked another late in the second and Zach Hyman added two goals of his own to turn what was once a competitive game into a explosion.

The Stuart Skinner of Edmonton was excellent on the net, stopping 33 of the 34 shots he faced, while Jake Oettinger de Dallas could stop only 18 of the 24 attempts that came out of him.
