NHL Playoffs 2025: Stanley Cup Final schedule, bracket, scores, as Oilers come back to beat Panthers in Game 4

The Edmonton Oilers came out victorious from a whirlwind 4 of the Stanley Cup final on Thursday night and now tied the series with Florida Panthers at 2-2.

The Oilers won 5-4 in the extension, but only after falling behind the panthers 3-0 in the first period. The Oilers fought all the way and set themselves on a 4-3 goal on a goal from Jake Walman with 6:24 on the left. But they could not close it to an additional time. The Panthers forced the third party of the series dramatically to the series when Sam Reinhart buried a wrist to tie the game to 4-4 with 20 seconds to go to regulation.

In the extension, Oilers star Leon Draisaitl threw his fist on the net and diverted from the Panthers Ombudsman’s skate, Niko Mikkola, through Sergei Bobrovsky’s five out of Sergei to tie the series before heading to Edmonton for match 5 on Saturday.

He marked the fourth winner of the Playoffs Play of the Stanley 2025 Cup for Draisaitl, which establishes a new Nhl Register.

Entering match 4, teams led by three more goals at the end of the first period in the final games of the Stanley Cup were 37-0 at all times. Now they are 37-1. In addition, the Oilers became the first team to overcome a three -goal deficit and won a final game of the Stanley Cup on the road since the Montreal Canadiens defeated the Seattle Metropolitans in match 5 in 1919.

The series is now heading to Edmonton for match 5 on Saturday in a rapid change. Will Oilers take advantage of the series control? Or will the panthers fight and give the opportunity to lift the cup at home in match 6?
