Boston Red Sox Manager Alex Cora decided to have a little fun with his older brother Joey Cora before the game Wednesday. To help celebrate his brother and Detroit Tagers 60th anniversary of the third base coach Joey Cora hired a clown.
The clown could be seen to swim around the field and was equipped with a tiger doll and balloons for everyone’s fun.
“We had a cake, we had clowns, we had balloons,” Alex Kora said to MLB.comA number “He is only 60 years old.
Alex Kora revealed to want to do something for his brother because they were actually together for Joey’s special day.
“In fact, the idea came late in the evening,” Alex Kora added. “It’s fun. The fact that I am here for his birthday it means a lot around him. He is my mentor.
