Hurricanes’ Shayne Gostisbehere appears to intentionally fire shot at Panthers’ Brad Marchand in Game 1 loss

Brad Marchand has always been a shot blocker with willing all of his Nhl Career, but probably not used to seeing the pucks fired intentionally. This is what Carolina Hurricanes’ defender, Shayne Gostisbehere, seemed to be held in match 1 of the Eastern Conference Final on Tuesday night.
At the end of the 5-2 victory of the Panthers, Marchand missed Gostisbehere with great success, which he apparently did not appreciate. A few seconds later, Gostisbehere had the shit in the neutral area when it seemed that he threw and shot a wrist in the half of Marchand on purpose.
Marchand certainly made an exception to the play because he immediately went after Gostisbehere. The panthers dropped the gloves and the two fighters fought on the ground.
Once the dust was established, Marchand evaluated two minor penalties for the route and a 10 -minute misconduct to drop the gloves without Gostisbehere the same. Gostisbehere was only a minor penalty for stirring.
Although Gostisbehere was not penalized to shoot shit in Marchand, the NHL Play Safety Department can review the play to determine if the supplementary discipline is required.
Panthers striker, Aj Greer, spoke to the TNT panel after the party and provided a diplomatic response.
“I have no comment on this,” Greer said. “We will see the next game. We will only continue to play hard and we will put ourselves in the evening and we will play a lot.”
If nothing is, this rivalry between Marchand and Gostisbehere will only add to the intensity of match 2 on Thursday night.
