Regional Baton Rouge preview
The sixth total LSU national seed welcomes Dallas Baptist this weekend, A-10 Champ Rhode Island and OVC Champ Little Rock at Alex Box Stadium. Can Tigers return to Supers after they have lost in the regional round before the season? If so, they must rely on talented pitching staff and slow down strong offenses in DBU, Uri and annoying loser Little Rock.

The most interesting player: Jared Jones, 1b, LSU
There may be no more raw energy in the country than Jones. Mamoth Slugger in his junior season fell to 19 homers and 66 RBI. It is one of those players who notice people when they enter the box, and one has to expect to be in top form because his career LSU will end up with the home region.
Best Hitter: Anthony Depino, 3b, Rhode Island
This season, Depino gathered massive numbers with an average of 0.359, 19 homers, 20 doubles and 60 RBI for RAMS. He also stole 21 foundations and drew 55 walks in the incredibly productive season in the Atlantic 10. But he was also an incredibly productive power hitter for four years, with a school record of 64 career Homers who walked with 178 RBIS and 1.062 career Ops.
Best defensive player: Steven Milam, SS, LSU
Milam evolved in the player in the middle of the field. He is always in the right position and seems to find a way to make the main game and charge the runners by step.
Best pitcher: Kade Anderson, LHP, LSU
Anderson can be the best pitcher in the nation and the upper university arm in the design. Lefty holds the dough to a diameter of 0.220 and is as competitive as any pitcher on a baseball baseball. Anderson has a legitimate four -room arsenal, but its fastball and change generate the really elite swings and Miss rates. Our David Seifert wrote that it attracts an industrial comparison with Scott Kazmir, who was 15. The total selection in the 2002 proposal and continued his career by 108 victories for 13 years.

Regional Preview of Conway
13 National Seed Coastal Carolina gathered a total record of 48-11 and won the regular title and conference tournament Sun Belt. Now Chanticleers hosts a very dangerous club in Florida, which has recovered from the first half of the rocky with a large second half, along with a colleague Pusial Power East Carolina and Maac Heavyweight Fairfield.

2. Florida: Results of regular season | The statistics and leaders of the team
3. Eastern Carolina: Results of regular season | The statistics and leaders of the team
4. Fairfield: Results of regular season | The statistics and leaders of the team
The most interesting player: Dixon Williams, Mif, East Carolina
Williams, one of the most rounded players on a college baseball, offers a mixture of speed (22-on-25 in attempts at stolen bases), strength (13 homers and 12 doubles), control and patience. He is also a premium defender with very certain hands, smooth events and great instincts at the second base – and can also handle herself at the Shortstop (where he played at the conference tournament), although he lacked the Bazoook. Pirates, however, got a nice spark in their 4-0 run through the AAC tournament with Williams at a short and ignition plug Walk-on Braden Burress on the second base.
Best Hitter: Colby Shelton, SS, Florida
You could make a case for colleagues Gators Bobby Boser and Brody Donay (who offer more power), or Fairfield’s Trio Dean Ferrary, Matt Buccier and Luke Nomur or ECU’s Williams. But we nod to Shelton, who will hit 0.377 and 0.360 in the SEC competition, both team maxima. It is hard with 21 walks against 24 strokes and boasts 0.458 OBP and 0.606 percent of the break -up, with a team leadership of 19 doubles along with seven homery. Shelton is also a standout defender, but he really excels for his development since the holiday or family sligger with a high sum of strikes during the first two seasons, after the backing machine as a junior.
Best Defensive Player: Caden Bodine, C, Coastal Carolina
Bodine is probably one day this summer, thanks to the combination of elite defense behind the plate and its elite discipline on the plate (44 BB against 18). It is an unusual athletic backstop with soft hands, excellent blocking and receiving skills and very accurate arms, not if the cannon. Will build.
Best pitcher: Jacob Morrison, RHP, Coastal Carolina
After he was missing 2024, when he recovered from Tommy John, Morrison was one of the brightest escape stars on a college baseball this spring, 11-0, 1.90 with the 84-19 K-BB in 85.1 IP on the way to the Sun Belt. Impressive 6-Naha-8, 245-Libra righteous, Morrison works downhill from a high slot with a very good four-gum arsenal: a driving fastball that average 92.6 mph and touches 95; in the middle of the 70. Slider erase in the mid -80s with 39% flogging rate (75. Percentile); and functional change.

Regional preview of Clemson
This has the potential to be one of the more exciting regionalies in the tournament. Host Clemson is not a strange postseason under the head coach Erik Bakich, who led Tigers to three straight home regional. After dropping from the first, they proceeded last year and have a team to do so again. West Virginia had the host creation for most of the year and won the title Big 12 regular seasons; WVU aims to return to Supers for the second season in a row. Kentucky is one of the record 13 SEC teams to earn an offer and has its sights on the second direct run to Omaha. In the end, the USC is first in the field after knocking on the door in the last few years before winning 22 out of 27 games against Big South Competition this spring, on the way to regular season and tournament crowns.

The most interesting player: Cam Cannarella, CF, Clemson
There are few players in the country who have the ability to do Cannarella in the middle of the field, and it is a truly emotional heart rhythm of tigers. Cannarella warmed up after the attack offensive and now mows 0.344/0.477/0.495 with multiple walks (51) than strikes (40) and 20 doubles a year. Clemson’s head coach Erik Bakich often described him as a superhero, especially in great moments. “It has this ability that when we need the highest level of competition and the highest level of execution, in the highest situation with high development, it is when it shines,” Bakich said. “He has a very special gift in this respect.” And because Cannarella is also entitled to the next category, it is remarkable that in the last month is 26-PRO-58 (0.448) with seven extra bases and passes into a team with 16 RBI and 1,181 OPS.
Best Hitter: Johnny Sweeney, DH, USC Poststate
Here we will emphasize the younger brother USC UPState head coach Kane Sweeney. Johnny Sweeney broke out like a junior and rooted himself in the role of cleaning for Spartans. During his first two years, only 0.201 more than 139 bats hit on the campus, but while driving at 81 runs, 0.351/0.702/0.504 with 17 domestic runs and 15 doubles slashed. Sweeney’s 3.8 offensive war wars come in Clemson, while its basic numbers show the ability to punish secondary, especially changes and sliders. The first is an interesting match against the Tigers’ Aidan Knaak when Sweeney’s sent 0.562 Wob (96. Percentil) against changes.
Best defensive player: Cam Cannarella, CF, Clemson
In 2024, the Super Regional Against Florida Cannarella pulled the catch of the year-ulovek to the basket while running at full hill speed in the middle of the Doug Kingsmore Stadium-Aba field prevented from the 10th shift. This type of game is almost a routine for junior, which this year on many occasions flashing the skin and providing a security blanket for its playground. This year, 11.8 defensive runs stored brands have improved this year, ranking on the 11th nationwide level among the central field. You can only improve with chalk after the Labrum Offseason surgery.
Best pitcher: Aidan Knaak, RHP, Clemson
There is an argument for Clemson’s pairing of Backend Reed Garris and Lucas Mahlstedt, but the Tigers begins with a strong start from Knaak for the regional victory. In his last two starts he was excellent and got together 13.1 shifts with two runs on four strokes allowed while he started 18. It begins with his change, one of the better playgrounds in the country. In these two starts there were opponents against him only 1-for-17 with 11 strikes. He made 30 starts for Clemson in two years, including a pair in Postseason last year, so he’s not a strange moment.
