⚫🔵 inter survive epic 13 goal semi -final draw

After two legs, 210 minutes of play and 13 goals, Inter achieved their place in this month’s Champions League final after he had defeated Barcelona 7-6 in one of the most memorable semi-final ties in the history of the tournament.
The patterns of last week’s first stage in Barcelona returned on Tuesday in almost identical form in Milan, where Inter took a 2-0 lead after it started exactly the same way of the draw. This time Lautaro Martinez broke the impasse in the 21st minute before the Hakan Calhanoglou penalty made sure that they had an advantage of two goals due to rest. Barcelona, however, brought the score to a peak with the hour, with Eric Gracia and Dani Olmo to set up a last piece. Barcelona took the lead for the first time in the entire series with the 87th minute goal of Raphinha, so that the visitors in a decade at a moving distance from their first Champions League final. Inter’s Francesco Acerbi scored with another 90 seconds in the regular time and forced the match to extra time, with Davide Frattesi scored the last goal of the match in the 99th minute.
The Side of Simone Inzaghi now plays their second Champions League final in three years, making them at a moving distance from their first European title since their three-triple season in 2009-10. It was also a remarkable achievement where Inter was when Inzaghi took the track in 2021. Fresh from their first Champions League -Knock -Out match in 11 years, the Italian manager brought their talents to the next level with two trips to the final, as well as one series a title in between. The side of Inzaghi priority gives priority to the defense, but as the semi -final against Barcelona has shown, they are clinical enough to know when they have to take their chances and came forward as the first team to get the porous defense of the visitors better, despite their vulnerabilities in the back throughout the season. Their striking players of the draw perfectly form the versatility of Inter – while Lautaro Martinez and Marcus Thuram scored crucial goals, Denzel Dumfries was perhaps the star of the show with five target contributions over both feet while goalkeeper Yann Sommer made 14 rescues.
Although this season was full of ups and downs, the semi -final offered an example of why Inter can go completely. Inzaghi and Company have put together a group of top talents that peak at the right time – and perhaps for the last time, as Francesco Porzio writes.
- Porzio: “There is a feeling, unlike both [Paris Saint-Germain] And Arsenal, that this might be the last dance for some parts of the Inter Roster, because their current schedule will be drastically changed in the summer of 2025. It will happen, as club president Giuseppe Marotta said before the Barcelona semi -final first stage, especially since Inter’s new American owners, Oaktree, the schedule has younger and still said in the near future. Some players will probably leave the team in the summer, regardless of what happens in the final on 31 May, but others will stay to ensure that there is a future for this team, even if it is likely to be added to some younger players. “

🇪🇺 psg, arsenal battle to become a member of Inter

Although Inter has already booked their journey to Munich, Paris Saint-Germain and Arsenal want to do the same today with the second stage of their semi-final in the French capital. PSG has the 1-0 advantage after a victorious first stage in London last week, but the tight margins of the aggregated score means that another competitive game is probably in the store.
Luis Enrique confirmed on Tuesday that Ousmane Dembele, the score of the only goal of the draw so far, will be available for the second stage of Wednesday after he left last week’s game with a muscle injury. Enrique said that Dembele had trained with the team “for two days” in his press conference for the competition, a boost for a PSG side that focuses on their first Champions League final in five years. He will be the key to PSG’s plans on Wednesday and finding one of the best form of his career in the tactical design of Enrique who has demonstrably made his side the most difficult team to defeat in Europe.
He admitted that this was almost his side, this is just the start of his evolution of the team to an evolution that is less dependent on Pure Starpower. That is why he believes that sticking to the tactical strategy that brought them here will be the only way to survive all Arsenal’s attempts to survive them in Paris.
- Enrique: “It is normal in a construction process that there are still things to analyze in the first year, the second year is a year of clearer growth and trust in our resources. Next year we will continue to excel in the largest phases.
As far as Arsenal is concerned, this second stage comes with an existential question of species. Although they belong to one of the best defensive parties in Europe, the reason that they are in this draw in this draw is not necessarily because their back line was bad in the first stage. They were startled by PSG’s press in the beginning and paid the prize by giving up in the fourth minute, but their inability to score was perhaps the most important collection meal after last week’s game. The Gunners had their chances of grabbing the equalizer, but their own waste sometimes cost them and offered a grim memory that they miss an out-and-out goalscorer.
That does not necessarily mean that Arsenal will find no way to score on Wednesday – the 11 goals of Bukayo Saka and the 10 strikes of Leandro Trossard indicate this season that they can be important players in Paris. However, the responsibility states in the attack of the Gunners to actually appear, while it is, while PSGs are difficult to discuss urgent game-IS that no one has done since they hit his only in the winter.

💰 The back line
💵 Dear bets
- UEFA Europa League semi -finals: Manchester United vs. Athletic Bilbao, Thursday, 3 p.m.
💰 The choice: Both teams will not score (+104) -Manchester United has a 3-0 advantage in the second stage, so that all the pressure on Athletic Bilbao is exerted with a place in the final at their house on the line. They can probably score at least once against a porous United Back Line and have the potential to ensure that the Red Devils do not add to their own aggregated lead, which could make things nervous at Old Trafford. Even if only one team scores on Thursday, the healthy benefit of United means that they can survive a lot and still book a place in the final.
