NHL player props for Stanley Cup Playoffs: Carter Verhaeghe among Monday’s best bets
Florida Panthers’s reigned champions are trying to complete a sweep and reserve their third consecutive trip to the Stanley Cup final when Carolina’s hurricanes are welcomed to the 4th of the Eastern Conference Final Monday. Florida, who lost to the Golden Golden Knights in the Stanley Cup final of 2023, but defeated Edmonton Oilers in seven games last year for the first championship in the history of the franchise, has won each of the five previous playoff series in which he owned 3-0.
After passing the hurricanes by 10-2, winning the first two games on the road, the Panthers entered the third period of the game 3 at home at a deadline 1-1, but scored five consecutive goals on a route to a 6-2 triumph. Captain Aleksander Barkov recorded two goals and assistance, Ombudsman Niko Mikkola also scored twice and Jsper Boqvist, who was in the program instead of a wounded Sam Reinhart, said a goal and two assists.
Logan Stankoven scored one goal and established the other for Carolina, who has lost a record from the NHL 15 final parties of the Eastern Conference. The hurricanes were devastated in this round by the Pittsburgh Penguins in 2009, the Boston Bruins in 2019 and the Panthers two years ago.
Florida, which seeks to give the Sun state a representative in the final of the Stanley Cup for a sixth consecutive year, will be without reinhart (lower body), Mikkola (upper body) and a Monday of the left wing Aj Greer (not spread). Carolina will probably be without defenders Jalen Chatfield and Sean Walker due to unveilous injuries. Chatfield has lost the last four hurricane competitions, while Walker was injured in the second game of this series and went out to match 3.
Carolina, who allowed 16 goals to the final of the conference after resigning a total of 18 in 10 games during the first two rounds of the playoffs, hopes to take the first step to become the fifth team a Nhl History to overcome a 3-0 series deficit. Only the Toronto Maple Leafs of 1942, 1975 New York Islanders, 2010 Philadelphia Flyers and Los Angeles Kings 2014 have achieved the difficult feat.
Then some players with value are displayed to take into account when doing Nhl The player bets on the game 4 of the final of the Eastern Conference Monday.
Carter Verhaeghe at any time scoring (+210, Fanduel)
Verhaeghe went to Florida in the final of the Eastern Conference, scoring the first 16 goals of the team in the series so far. The 29-year-old center has pointed out four assists since then, but did not land on the Saturday victory sheet despite the end with the Plus-2. Verhaeghe registered two goals in each of the first two series of the Panthers this post -season, and I like that this trend continued on Monday.
Aaron oak leaf of more than 0.5 assists (+128, BET365)
Ekblad lost the first four playoff games in Florida due to suspension, but has been an integral part of the team’s offense since he returned to the program. The young man, 29, who has also scored three goals, is tied by the third in the league between the defenders with seven assists in 11 competitions. The first global selection of the 2014 NHL project, Ekblad has pointed out three assists during his last two games, and also recorded a couple at three regular season meetings with the hurricanes in 2024-25. The panthers have had no problem in the score in this series, so it is not a section to think that Ekblad will help to establish a goal or two Monday.
Shayne Gostisbehere over 0.5 points (+130, BET365)
Gostisbehere remained out of the card in the last two games of the series, but to be fair, Carolina has only registered two goals in this period. The 32 -year -old was attended by match 1 and ranked fifth in the NHL among the Blue Lineers with eight points this post -empowerment after accumulating the same amount in his previous 32 playoff competitions. If hurricanes can get something offensively to game 4, Gostisbehere is likely to be involved.
Evan Rodrigues over 0.5 points (+105, BETMGM)
Rodrigues registered only three points in his first ten games in this post -empowerment before losing the 5 and 6 games of the second round of Florida against the Toronto Maple Leafs with an unpayed injury. The 31 -year -old center has been lit since his return, and said seven assists in four contests, including two in each of the first three games against Carolina. By establishing two goals on Saturday, Rodrigues became the sixth player in the NHL history to record multiple assists in each of the first three games of a final of the conference and first from the Macinnis of the Flames of Calgary in 1986. He also became the tenth member of the Panthers to achieve the double digits. Rodrigues was fourth of the team with seven goals during the Florida race in the championship last year, but it does not yet have to count on these playoffs. Given that you have to come for one, this bet looks like the best for him.
