Mick Abel ties Phillies record for most strikeouts in MLB debut as 2020 draft pick shuts down Pirates

Philadelphia Filies Right-Hander Mick Abel had a successful League debut of Sunday, connecting a privileged post in six shutters, Pittsburgh pirates (gameTracker).

Abel surprised nine pirates and handed over five hits and zero walks that he faced 22 fighters facing him. He greatly relied on the combination of his football-curves, with the two potholes at the rate of 65% use. He touched 99 miles / hours quickly and caused 15 common swingers with those suggestions.
