Goalkeeper: Alyssa Naeeher (Chicago Stars FC)

The old keeper earned her first clean sheet of the season against a rising Gotham FC side. Naeher faced 15 shots and made five saves, including a huge goal in the late stop time.

Defender: Phoebe Mcclernon (Seattle Reign FC)

The central defender anchored a three-back against one of the best attacking teams in the competition. She has become a consistent presence for the backline of the Reign, starting with every match this season, and her efforts to limit scoring threats against Kansas City from week seven were remarkable and necessary with so many shots (13) against the defense of Seattle.

Defender: Gisele Thompson (Angel City FC)

Kayla Sharples has found a home on the Backline of Kansas City. The middle behind offers low security next to Alana Cook and is a threat on set pieces. She made a header look easy, towering over so much in the box during week five.

Defender: Trinity Armstrong (San Diego Wave FC)

The 17-year-old Rookie looks more comfortable at every start in the backline of San Diego next to the second-year center back Kennedy Wesley. She was effective in removing a meaningful attack on regional rivals Bay FC, and also scored her first professional goal – a winner of the coupling game in death.

Defender: Reyna Reyes (Portland Thorns FC)

Reyes literally stepped up for the thorns in week seven when she has nailed the game winner in the regulation of the ruling champions Orlando Pride. She is a reliable presence on the Backline of De Doornen to start the season. The outside stopped her reverse run and maintained her positioning along the top of the box to get the game winner.

Midfielder: Kenza Dali (San Diego Wave FC)

The French International has currently earned almost a permanent place in our team of the week. It is another version where the smart veteran lanes against the opposition generated cunning bags to operate. San Diego continues to bloom and it is bound by the presence of Dali’s midfield.

Midfielder: Denise O’Sullivan (North Carolina Courage)

The long -term Courage Captain helped quickly send a floating ship back on track for North Carolina. The Irish International pulls the strings, and its teammates, when it comes to binding or stabilizing property.

Midfielder: Katie Zelem (Angel City FC)

The International of England has been performed as an experienced presence among a young angel of Angel City on a role. Whether it will be in midfield next to Alana Kennedy, or clinically if she gets more, she quickly became an answer to balancing a younger line -up with a veteran.

Forward: Lynn Biyendolo (Seattle Reign FC)

The national team of the American ladies in turn in her third start for Seattle. The old veteran of the League joined the team in the low season and has gradually worked its way towards regular starts. Her impact has been immediately because she is effective in the back pressure of scenarios and spaces opens for other attackers in the system of coach Laura Harvey.

Forward: Riley Tiernan (Angel City FC)

The Rookie of the annual race only warms up seven weeks in the season, and the Angel City Forward is in top form while making her first performance in our team of the week. She scored four goals through five games and the first player ended the Match Hero with a winner of the stopping time match.

Forward: Ashley Sanchez (North Carolina Courage)

While the courage continues to find their shape, there is a huge piece of Ashley Sanchez. There may be some debate about an attacking midfielder among our attackers, but now in her sixth season in the competition, this is an experienced player who sometimes has to take over games, and she does exactly that from week seven. She is used in Starts and next to the bank, and when she is healthy, she remains a key factor in courageous games.

Coach: Bev Yanez (Racing Louisville FC)

Coaching by not one, but two lighting delays? We had to honor Coach of the Week to Racing Louisville FC coach Bev Yanez. She kept her team focused and grounded, on the road in Houston, and due to a delay that tapped in the direction of a two -hour marking. The victory means two consecutive results for a side that struggled through the first quarter of the regular season.
