Inter Miami vs. FC Dallas prediction: Where to watch Lionel Messi, live stream, MLS odds, pick
Inter Miami returns to MLS Play on Sunday at home, where they take on FC Dallas while the side of Lionel Messi continues their search to defend the title of their supporters. The herons go the game in fifth place in the Eastern Conference, but have two games in hand and can still jump to second place with a victory, so that they would only place one point behind Philadelphia Union. However, this match is sandwiched between the first and second legs of their Concacaf Champions Cup semi-final against Vancouver WhiteCaps, with the herons aggregated with 2-0 after losing in Canada.
As for FC Dallas, they are on their way to a medium start this season. Their perfectly even record – three victories, three draws and three losses – has them in 10th place in the Western Conference, a place under the play -off berths in this early phase of the season. However, a strong result in South Florida could show that they are on the right track in their first season under head coach Eric Quill.
This is what you need to know before you set up.

Storylines
The big question that is for every Inter Miami game is whether Messi goes on the field or not, more this weekend than most. Many will rightly claim that the most important games of the herons are the midweek collisions with the Vancouver Whitecaps, where Messi plays all 90 minutes on a peat field in the longest travel journey of MLS on Thursday.
Both Messi and Luiz Suarez missed the first 15 minutes of the Inter Miami training session on Saturday, Per ESPNWith head coach Javier Mascherano who said Messi felt tired after Thursday’s game. Rotation is probably in the tickets for Sunday, which is a deviation from the previous approach of Mascherano. Between the first and second legs of their CCC quarter final draw against Lafc earlier this month, Mascherano introduced a first-choice team to push away the feeling of their loss in Los Angeles. It did not necessarily work that day, when Inter Miami got away with a 1-1 draw against Toronto FC in MLS game, but their 3-1 victory over Lafc in the return bone of that CCC equal game, only a few days later that meant that the decisions were justified.
Prediction
Although it might be a more difficult task than normal for Miami, the team has a demonstrated ability to survive without Messi and Suarez. It may not be the most exciting match, but they must be able to do the job against a medium Dallas team that still has the feeling that they are at an early stage of a new period with a new head coach.
