Notre Dame tops women’s basketball Power 10 as UCLA and South Carolina slide

NCAA.com Correspondent Autumn Johnson dropped her latest Power 10 rankings and recapitated the chaotic and busy week in women’s basketball. Here’s what you need to know:

1. Notre Dame (formerly 2)

There is a new number 1 in the city! Fighting Irish are on fire, run for a 17-game win and dominate ACC game. Another above … Duke this evening!

2. UCLA (formerly 1)

The perfect running Bruins ended up in the hands of CrosStown rival USC and set off their 23 winning lane. But the Bounce-Back vs Michigan State. It is worth mentioning: Lauren Betts did not play against the Spartans. But Janiah Barker and Timea Gardiner? They had a huge escape game together!

3. Texas (formerly 3)

It’s not how you start … it’s how you finish. Longhorns fought back for the courageous, victory of the team over LSU – identified their fourth direct victory against the included SEC opponent.

4. Southern California (formerly 6)

The big 3 left, but it wasn’t enough to endure Texas. The tigers dropped the second game of the season on the road.

8. State Ohio (formerly 9)

Buckeyes survived against the Minnesota thriller overtime. Now … tonight have another hard test against Iowa!

9. TCU (formerly NR)

The horned frogs sit in the first place in a large 12 with a total record of 24-3.

10. North Carolina (formerly NR)

Tar Heels fought for a hard fought victory over the NC state and expanded his winning lane to five.
