The national team of American women concluded a successful international break on Tuesday with a 4-0 win over Jamaica, another dominant show in which the attacking talents of the team gained the most out of their chances.
Ally Sentnor, the ruling American football young female player of the year, scored her first international brace in the first half to give the Olympic gold medal winners a 2-0 lead during the break. Lynn Biyendolo came up as a second half replacement and noted her own brace, her first goal came only three minutes after she entered the game. Biyendolo now has 13 goals from the bank for the USWNT, most of each player since the veteran made her debut in October 2016 and offered a different memory of her value to the national team. Both Sentnor and Biyendolo have shown that the youth-Skewing-attacking group of Emma Hayes will continue to fill in neatly for the missing shots of Triple Espresso, Trinity Rodman, Mallory Swanson and Sophia Wilson.
The head coach continued to embrace the extension project of the player in the player that has been fully underway since the USSWNT won gold at the Olympic Games, with which he awarded Left Back Kerry Abello her first cap. In the midst of constant crafts, however, Hayes handed a second consecutive start to a few inexperienced players goalkeeper Phallon Tullis-Joyce, midfielder Lily Yohannes and Vooruit Catarina Macario and Alyssa Thompson. That group appeared in the line -up on the back of strong trips for their respective clubs, while building a strong form for the national team. This is especially true for Yohannes, Macario and Thompson, each involved in a handful of goals during this international break, including a 3-0 win over China on Saturday.
Hayes is likely to spend the next international window with the expansion of the player pool, with two friendly matches against Ireland planned for 26 and 29 June and one against Canada on 2 July. At the end of these games, Hayes said that she expects to have a deeper insight into the player pool as the long structure to the World Cup of 2027 women.

🔴⚫ Comings and traveling for AC Milan
It can be the early stages of AC Milan’s offsean, but it is already a fascinating summer for the Italian side, both in terms of income and expenditure.
This week’s largest transfer story may be perhaps the move from Tijjani Reijnders from Milan to Manchester City, with the Premier League side reportedly ready to pay around $ 85 million for the services of the midfielder. Reijnders comes from a 15 -goal season for Milan and was one of the few clear places during a campaign up and down, making one team for another about the transition. City is hoping to bounce back next season after a trophy -free domestic and continental campaign, in which Francesco Porzio notes that the Dutch international will be a strong addition to an ambitious side.
- Porzio: “The ability of the Dutch midfielder to contribute both attacking and defensively can become a perfect match for the style of Guardiola and Manchester City. Reijners can play in multiple rolls of midfield, including as a deep playmaker, box-to-box medium-fellow, or even in an attacking role.
Reijnders may not be the only major player on his way from Milan this summer, with Chelsea reportedly focused on goalkeeper Mike Maignan prior to their first season in the UEFA Champions League in three years. However, Milan can bring in a controversial player to cheer up things for the next campaign, but Real Madrid midfielder Luka Modric. The Ballon d’Or winner of 2018 will be a free agent after participating in the Club World Cup with Madrid this summer, making it a valuable addition for various clubs, even with his 40th birthday in September.
Milan missed a European competition for next season, forced a management change that led to the recruitment of Massimiliano Allegri and possibly made the club an ideal landing site for Modric. He should be able to meet the requirements of playing for an ambitious version of Milan without the requirements of midweek action in Europe, although the time will learn whether this deal will flourish or not.

💵 Dear bets
- Conmebol World Cup qualifications: Ecuador vs. Brazil, Thursday, 7 p.m.
💰 The Pick: Vinicius Junior to Score (+195) -Carlo Ancelotti will make his long -awaited debut on Thursday as the manager of Brazil, although he will not be recorded in the work. The five -fold world cup winners will travel to Ecuador, which are currently in second place in the CONMEBOL qualification table and can actually book a place on the World Cup 2026 with a victory over Brazil. Although the Brazil qualification campaign is not in the terrible state it was once, Ancelotti and the company have no time to waste with just a year to go to the World Cup, especially after he stated that “my Brazil will play like Real Madrid” in his opening commercials as a manager. With that plan in mind, there may be no better candidate to ensure that the Ancelotti era starts strong than Vinicius Junior. He scored 90 goals in 198 games for Ancelotti’s Real Madrid and is now such a good time to translate his star quality at club level into the international stage as an ambitious and talented Brazilian side prepared for 2026.
