2025 Stanley Cup odds, NHL Playoffs picks: Top expert hockey futures best bets, Conn Smythe Trophy predictions

The 25 Nhl Playoffs are in full evolution and the odds of winning the Stanley Cup have changed spectacularly. After going to the 1-0 lead in his first series, Colorado’s evaluation has left two games in a row in the Dallas Stars, despite the return of team captain Gabe Landeskog. The AVS went from +500 favorite bets to win the Stanley Cup after match 1, to a moderate contestant A +1050 after the game 3. Now that each NHL Playoff series has played two games, the odds of winning the Stanley Cup have been updated for each of the remaining 16 teams at NHL A BETMGM.

Handicapper Sportsline Expert, Jimmie Kaylor bet NHL’s trends and future are the odds of Betmgm and blocked in their best options to win the Stanley Cup, Eastern and Western conferences and the Conn Smyth Trophy.

In the face of the four nations, Kaylor chose Nathan Mackinnon to be the first scorer and that the game ended under 5.5 goals. The result: Mackinnon pointed out the first goal of the game for a payment of 13-1 and the game ended with a final score of 3-2 in favor of Canada.

Recently, Kylor also nailed a speaker from the same five-legged game to the game of wings Alla and Red Wings for a payment of almost 7-1, and on the final night of the regular season, Kaylor gave a nhl five-legged lounge which reached a payment of almost 13-1.

Kaylor has had the opportunity to break down the last probabilities of Betmgm’s NHL and closed its commitment to future Top Futures for the Stanley Cup and NHL Player awards. You can get options for all NHL Playoff games of NHL experts, including Kaylor, and a computer simulation model at Sportsline.

According to Matthew Ras, who is a senior merchant from Betmgm, two lengths: blues and Canadians are the most important liabilities in the sports book right now. “The panthers and lightning are among the favorites to win the Stanley Cup, but the audience ignores them. Betmgm really wants the Stanley Cup to stay in Florida. The Blues and Canadians are our biggest liabilities to win -everything,” said Rasp.

With two games in the books in each of the playoff series around the league, the odds of the Stanley 2025 Cup have changed spectacularly. The stars went from a +2200 longshot to a maximum contestant at +850. Hurricanes have been dominant so far and now they are favored to win everything.

Despite its struggles, Colorado is still my option to win the Stanley Cup. But I continue to impressed with Toronto.

Better bet: Colorado Avalanche +750 (located April 17)

Sleeper: Maple Leafs +1200 (Place April 17)

2025 Playoff NHL to win the Eastern Conference (updated 4/24 in Betmgm)

Current probabilities Open odds
New Jersey Devils +8000 +625
Montreal Canadiens +8000 +10000
Ottawa Senators +5000 +2000
Tampa Bay Lightning +800 +1000
Washington Capitals +425 +9000
Toronto maple leaves +350 +800
Florida Panthers +340 +500
Carolina Hurricanes +200 +525
  • Favorite: Hurricanes +200
  • Higher Ticket Percentage: Capitals 16.5%
  • Higher handle percentage: Hurricanes 37.6%
  • Greater responsibility: Red wings

I do not love the value here for hurricanes (+350) or panthers (+340). However, Florida is my choice at the Eastern Conference. My sleeping selection here would be the leaves of Toronto Maple.

Better bet: Panthers (+340)

Sleeper: Maple Leafs (+575)

2025 Playoff NHL Playoff to win the western conference (updated 4/24 in Betmgm)

Current probabilities Open odds
Sant Lluís Blues +5000 +2200
Minnesota Wild +1500 +1600
Edmonton Oilers +1400 +500
Avalanche of Colorado +550 +500
Vegas Golden Knights +450 +650
Los Angeles Kings +400 +1000
Dallas stars +400 +500
Winnipeg Jets +310 +1000
  • Favorite: Jets +310
  • Higher Ticket Percentage: Avalanche 16.9%
  • Higher handle percentage: Jets 37.9%
  • Greater responsibility: Blues

The stars and Avalanche stood in a game of the first round that possibly has the two best teams of the Western conference right now. The winner will immediately become the favorite to win the Stanley 2025 Cup. Colorado is my choice in this series, with the stars that deal with a couple of important wounds. Vegas looks like a possible sleeper.

Better bet: Avalanche (+380)

Sleeper: Vegas Golden Knights (+450)

2025 NHL Probabilities to win the Conn Smythe Trophy (updated 4/24 in Betmgm)

Current probabilities
Matthew tkachuk +2000
Alex Ovechkin +2000
I’m Sebastian +1600
Nathan Mackinnon +1600
Connor Hellebuyck +1000

The story would suggest that this award will go to the highest player of the winning team of the Stanley Cup. Last year, McDavid became the sixth player who won the Smythe Connest while playing a team who did not win the Stanley Cup. This year I hope the Smythe winner is also a Stanley Cup champion, and my early prediction is that the possible Stanley Cup champion will be the team that wins the Stars-Avalanche series.

The last time Colorado won the Stanley Cup, Makar took home. Nathan Mackinnon at 16-1 is attractive, but Makar 30-1, the value is too good to pass.

As for possible bedrooms, Valeri Nichuskin has the potential to play a fundamental role for Colorado if the team can go on a deep career. Their odds opened to 300-1, but they have been bets up to 150-1.

Better bet: Makar +3000 (located on April 24)

Sleeper: Valeri Nichushkin (+15000)
